1. Can my ring be resized?

We offer a resizing service. In the ring listing it will be stated if a ring is suitable for sizing. The price for resizing a ring is €45. 

2. Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We offer free worldwide shipping with DHL express

3. Do you offer any type of payment plans?

Yes. We offer payment plans! To start a payment plan we require a 25% non-refundable deposit.

4. What is ACR’s return policy?

We have a 14-day return policy, no questions asked.

Items that have been resized or items that have had personal conversion cannot be returned, as well as sale items or gift cards.
